If you're not a knitter, you may want to move on.

Jess over at the Colchique-along is doing yeoman's work with the pattern. Since I'm oh-so busy at work and don't speak a lick of French, I spent some time doing it myself. Here's what I got. Some of it makes absolutely no sense. Some of it I didn't understand the French knitting lingo. Some of it I just couldn't translate. Bold is the stuff I couldn't figure out. Any help would be great.

ASSEMBLAGE

Seam the different pieces
CO the sleeves at the body for the raglan; the parties the more long corresponding to the back.
The collar piece, st by st, at stitches back over the RS of the turn?work?
The buttonhole piece the length of the left sleeve so that the length of the collar, in reverse of the piece for the lapel.

Seam the pieces of rib and the sleeves in invisible seam.
Embroider the buttonholes and sew the buttons in place.
